Literacy Blooms is evidence-based instruction designed by Evelyn English. The reading, thinking, writing, listening and speaking strategies and processes support a foundation for explicit teaching by educators and successful learning by students in Pre-K through grade three. Parents, families, educators and childcare-givers implementing the timeless and practical Literacy Blooms techniques advance students’ school-readiness and self-reliant learning.

The comprehensive instructional procedures included in Literacy Blooms are aligned with national and state Early Learning Frameworks for parent, family and community engagement.
